Antique tri colour combination yacht or motor yacht lantern.
Combined Masthead, Port and Starboard navigation lamp.
Constructed from brass with clear glass steaming light lens. Solid glass red and blue bulls eye lenses to either side. ( the blue Starboard lens would project a green light with burning flame inside )Â
The brass blinker shades are present on both bullseye lenses. The hinged top for access is complete with locking hook.
The original oil burner has been removed because this lamp was converted for electrical operation. This lantern probably dates to around 1880's and it is rare to find these lanterns in good order with lenses intact. Height to top of chimney 11 inches / 28 cm, Height including handle 13 inches / 33 cm.
